Returns and Exchanges

All merch, items and accessories are quality checked to ensure you have the best possible product sent in the shortest available time.

We have a lead-time of 5-7 working days, but aim to get your product to you as soon as possible.

All items have sizing charts that have been double checked to ensure the measurements are correct; please take the time to do a quick measurement of yourself, your friends & family before placing the order.

We do not accept responsibility for any wrong sizing on orders.

Ship your item back to Us

For returns, simply e-mail us at {SIT E-MAIL ADRES VAN SITE IN … exchange@} and we’ll gladly assist.

It remains the customer’s responsibility to courier the order back to us for an exchange (Aramex Drop Box works great -> http://www.aramex.co.za/store_to_door_courier/)

All exchanges carry a fee of R100

We do not do refunds, but will gladly offer store credit (in the form of a coupon) for any items sent back and received by us (in the same condition it was sent).

We reserve the right to inspect garments for any discrepancies.
